Oklahoma High School Basketball - Hinton holds off Watonga
November 28, 2023: Hinton, OK 73047 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Hinton Comets (Hinton, OK) and the visiting Watonga Eagles (Watonga, OK), saw Hinton's basketball squad hold off Watonga by a tally of 55-48.
With the victory, Hinton improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Comets host Calumet (Calumet, OK) to confront the Chieftains in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 1. The Chieftains come into the challenge with a record of 0-4. Calumet lost 62-38 in their recent league challenge against Binger-Oney (Binger, OK)
Next up, the Eagles confront the Seiling Wildcats (Seiling, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 5. Watonga will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
