Texas High School Soccer - Frisco knocks off McKinney
January 14, 2017: Frisco, TX 75034 Frisco Raccoons (Frisco, TX) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting McKinney Lions (McKinney, TX), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Raccoons face the Centennial Titans (Frisco, TX) in a 5A Region 2 District 13 challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Frisco will attempt to better on its 1-3 season record. The Titans enter the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Wylie East (Wylie, TX).
The Lions now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host McKinney North for a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 21. McKinney will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 1-1 non-league Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-1.
