The Ravenscroft Ravens basketball team scored 49 points and held the host South Wake Sabres to 44 in the Ravens non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Ravens now sport a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cary Christian for a non-league contest on Wednesday, January 4. Ravenscroft will battle a Knights team coming off a 28-25 non-league loss to GRACE Christian (Raleigh, NC). The Knights record now stands at 1-4.

The Sabres (9-3) will now prepare for their contest against Durham Academy (Durham, NC). The Cavaliers enter the non-league contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Durham Academy was nudged by Cape Fear (Fayetteville, NC), 66-40, in a non-league contest.
