September 25, 2009: Sioux Falls, SD 57105 The crowd at Friday's league contest between the O'Gorman Knights (Sioux Falls, SD) and the visiting Spearfish Spartans (Spearfish, SD), observed O'Gorman's football squad bounce Spearfish by a count of 55-7.
The Knights now own a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Yankton for a non-league contest on Friday, October 2. O'Gorman will play a Bucks squad coming off a 21-13 league loss to Riggs (Pierre, SD). The Bucks record now stands at 3-2.
With the loss, Spearfish moves to 0-5 on the season. The Spartans travel to Huron (Huron, SD) to confront the Tigers in a non-league outing on Friday, October 2. The Tigers go into the outing with a record of 0-5. Huron lost 48-21 in their recent league outing against Watertown (Watertown, SD)
