Kansas High School Basketball - Council Grove ripped by Riley County
February 14, 2023: Council Grove, KS 66846 The Riley County Falcons basketball team scored 46 points and held the host Council Grove Braves to 22 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Falcons now sport a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rossville for a non-league contest on Friday, February 17. Riley County will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 62-34 non-league win over Wabaunsee (Alma, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 13-5.
The Braves (5-13) will now prepare for their contest against St. Marys (St. Marys, KS). The Bears enter the non-league contest with a 7-10 record. In their last contest, St. Marys triumphed over Osage City (Osage City, KS), 46-42, in a non-league contest.
