December 12, 2023: North Versailles, PA 15137 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the East Allegheny Wild Cats (North Versailles, PA) basketball squad beat the visiting Riverview Raiders (Oakmont, PA), by a margin of 54-46.
The Wild Cats (1-3) will now prepare for their outing against Greensburg Salem (Greensburg, PA). The Golden Lions go into the non-league outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, Greensburg Salem was beaten by Derry (Derry, PA), 65-60, in a non-league outing.
The Raiders now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Greensburg Central Catholic for a WPIAL 2A 3 outing on Friday, December 15. Riverview will clash with a Centurions squad coming off a 73-64 non-league win over Berlin Brothersvalley (Berlin, PA). The Centurions record now stands at 5-1.
