Montana High School Basketball - Belt crushes White Sulphur Springs
January 18, 2024: Belt, MT 59412 Belt Huskies (Belt, MT) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting White Sulphur Springs Hornets (White Sulphur Springs, MT), 63-37 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Belt upgrades its record to 7-3 on the season. The Huskies travel to Great Falls Central Catholic (Great Falls, MT) to play the Mustangs in a C District 8 bout on Friday, January 19. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Great Falls Central Catholic lost 64-15 in their recent league bout against Roy/Winifred (Winifred, MT)
Next up, the Hornets play the Twin Bridges Falcons (Twin Bridges, MT) in a C District 12 bout, on Saturday, January 20. White Sulphur Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 6-0 record after their 71-37 league win over Shields Valley (Clyde Park, MT).
