California High School Basketball - Loyola routs Alemany
January 7, 2022: Los Angeles, CA 90006 In Friday's league bout, the Loyola Cubs (Los Angeles, CA) basketball squad walloped the visiting Alemany Warriors (Mission Hills, CA), by a count of 75-38.
With the victory, Loyola upgrades its record to 17-2 on the campaign. The Cubs host St. Francis (La Canada, CA) to play the Golden Knights in a Mission bout on Monday, January 10. The Golden Knights come into the bout with a record of 11-2. St. Francis won 59-41 in their recent non-league bout against Taft (Woodland Hills, CA)
Next up, the Warriors play the Harvard-Westlake Wolverines (Studio City, CA) in a Mission bout, on Wednesday, January 12. Alemany will attempt to upgrade on its 9-7 season record. The Wolverines come into the bout with a 14-2 record after their 71-61 league loss to Notre Dame (SO) (Sherman Oaks, CA).
