South Dakota High School Basketball - Wilmot overwhelms Ipswich
February 10, 2022: Wilmot, SD 57279 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Wilmot Wolves (Wilmot, SD) and the visiting Ipswich Tigers (Ipswich, SD), saw Wilmot's basketball squad wallop Ipswich by a tally of 45-23.
With the victory, Wilmot improves its record to 3-15 on the campaign. The Wolves host Hankinson (Hankinson, ND) to confront the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 14. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 7-10. Hankinson lost 71-44 in their recent league challenge against Northern Cass (Hunter, ND)
Next up, the Tigers confront the Highmore/Harrold Pirates (Highmore, SD) in a B Region 2 challenge, on Tuesday, February 15. Ipswich will attempt to improve on its 5-12 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 12-6 record after their 45-20 non-league loss to Sanborn Central/Woonsocket (Forestburg, SD).
