January 30, 2024: Keyser, WV 26726 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Keyser Golden Tornado (Keyser, WV) and the visiting Petersburg Vikings (Petersburg, WV), saw Keyser's basketball squad overcome Petersburg by a tally of 62-44.
With the victory, Keyser improves its record to 12-5 on the campaign. The Golden Tornado travel to Berkeley Springs (Berkeley Springs, WV) to confront the Indians in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 1. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 3-6. Berkeley Springs won 49-29 in their recent non-league challenge against Hancock (Hancock, MD)
Next up, the Vikings confront the Tucker County Mountain Lions (Hambleton, WV) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 9. Petersburg will attempt to improve on its 10-6 season record.
