Missouri High School Basketball - Palmyra fells Bowling Green
February 8, 2024: Palmyra, MO 63461 Palmyra Panthers (Palmyra, MO) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Bowling Green Bobcats (Bowling Green, MO), 61-51 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Palmyra upgrades its record to 20-1 on the season. The Panthers travel to Centralia (Centralia, MO) to clash with the Panthers in a Clarence Cannon bout on Saturday, February 10. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 13-8. Centralia won 49-44 in their recent league bout against Monroe City (Monroe City, MO)
Next up, the Bobcats clash with the Wellsville-Middletown Tigers (Wellsville, MO) in a Eastern Missouri bout, on Friday, February 9. Bowling Green will attempt to upgrade on its 6-13 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 2-15 record after their 90-23 league loss to Van-Far (Vandalia, MO).
