Idaho High School Basketball - Reno nudges Meridian
December 3, 2016: Meridian, ID 83642 Reno Huskies (Reno, NV) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Meridian Warriors (Meridian, ID), 66-61 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Reno upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Huskies travel to Wooster (Reno, NV) to clash with the Colts in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Colts go into the bout with a record of 0-6. Wooster lost 70-53 in their recent non-league bout against Eagle (Eagle, ID)
Next up, the Warriors clash with the Capital Eagles (Boise, ID) in a 5A Southern Idaho bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Meridian will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 2-0 record after their 67-59 non-league win over Emmett (Emmett, ID).
