Arkansas High School Basketball - West Side nips Valley Springs
November 1, 2022: Greers Ferry, AR 72067 West Side Eagles (Greers Ferry, AR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Valley Springs Tigers (Valley Springs, AR), 90-84 in a non-league bout.
With the win, West Side upgrades its record to 5-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Timbo (Timbo, AR) to play the Tigers in a 1A Region 2 bout on Tuesday, November 8. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 0-5.
Next up, the Tigers play the Wonderview Daredevils (Hattieville, AR) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 4. Valley Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Daredevils go into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 76-63 non-league loss to Lisa Academy North (Sherwood, AR).
