The Staples Wreckers basketball team scored 72 points and restricted the host Wright Tech Warriors to 31 in the Wreckers non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Wreckers now sport a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ludlowe for a Fairfield County match on Friday, January 27. Staples will meet a Falcons team coming off a 59-51 league loss to Trumbull (Trumbull, CT). The Falcons record now stands at 6-5.
