December 13, 2023: Silver Lake, OR 97638 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the North Lake Cowboys (Silver Lake, OR) and the visiting Rogue Valley Adventist Red Tail Hawks (Medford, OR), saw North Lake's basketball squad wallop Rogue Valley Adventist by a tally of 51-19.
With the victory, North Lake improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Cowboys host La Pine (La Pine, OR) to confront the Hawks in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 14. The Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 1-5. La Pine lost 66-21 in their recent non-league challenge against Trinity Lutheran (Bend, OR)
Next up, the Red Tail Hawks confront the New Hope Christian Warriors (Grants Pass, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. Rogue Valley Adventist will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
