October 19, 2019: Beaverton, OR 97007 In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting West Linn Lions volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Valley Catholic Valiants.
The Lions (15-3) will now prepare for their battle against Canby (Canby, OR). The Cougars come into the 6A Three Rivers battle with a 8-4 record. In their last battle, Canby achieved victory over Oregon City (Oregon City, OR), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Valiants clash with the Astoria Fishermen (Astoria, OR) in a 4A Cowapa battle, on Tuesday, October 22. Valley Catholic will attempt to advance on its 14-2 season record. The Fishermen come into the battle with a 11-4 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Junction City (Junction City, OR).
