Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Comenius (Fort Mill, SC) and the visiting Garinger Wildcats (Charlotte, NC), saw Comenius's basketball squad overcome Garinger by a tally of 49-38.

With the victory, Comenius improves its record to 7-10 on the campaign. The host Central Academy at Lake Park (Indian Trail, NC) to confront the Eagles in a Charlotte Area Christian challenge on Tuesday, January 6. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 4-5. Central Academy at Lake Park won 60-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Statesville Christian (Statesville, NC)

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Independence Patriots (Charlotte, NC) in a 4A Southwestern challenge, on Tuesday, January 6. Garinger will attempt to improve on its 1-13 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 5-9 record after their 74-66 non-league win over York (York, SC).
