Mid-Buchanan Dragons (Faucett, MO) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host South Harrison Bulldogs (Bethany, MO), 51-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Mid-Buchanan upgrades its record to 12-5 on the season. The Dragons host Lathrop (Lathrop, MO) to play the Mules in a KCI bout on Friday, February 2. The Mules go into the bout with a record of 4-14.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Gallatin Bulldogs (Gallatin, MO) in a Grand River bout, on Friday, February 2. South Harrison will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 7-9 record after their 54-50 non-league loss to West Platte (Weston, MO).
