Shrine Catholic Knights (Royal Oak, MI) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Everest Collegiate (Clarkston, MI), 53-42 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Shrine Catholic upgrades its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Dakota (Macomb, MI) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 23. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 14-4. Dakota won 43-31 in their recent league bout against Grosse Pointe North (Grosse Pointe, MI)
