December 14, 2023: Holdingford, MN 56340 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Holdingford Huskers (Holdingford, MN) and the visiting Paynesville Bulldogs (Paynesville, MN), saw Holdingford's basketball squad wallop Paynesville by a tally of 68-39.
With the victory, Holdingford improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Huskers host Foley (Foley, MN) to confront the Falcons in a AA Section 6 challenge on Tuesday, December 19. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 2-3. Foley lost 65-63 in their recent league challenge against St. Cloud Cathedral (St. Cloud, MN)
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa Jaguars (Belgrade, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 15. Paynesville will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 61-46 non-league win over Kimball (Kimball, MN).
