New York High School Softball - Depew bounces Lake Shore
May 11, 2024: Depew, NY 14043 Spectators at Saturday's non-league match between the Depew Wildcats (Depew, NY) and the visiting Lake Shore Eagles (Angola, NY), witnessed Depew's softball squad tip Lake Shore by a count of 4-0.
The Wildcats now sport a 11-6 record. They play next when they travel to Grand Island for a non-league match on Tuesday, May 14.
With the loss, Lake Shore moves to 12-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to Hamburg (Hamburg, NY) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Monday, May 13. The Bulldogs go into the match with a record of 4-13. Hamburg won 12-10 in their recent non-league match against Sweet Home (Amherst, NY)
