August 25, 2022: Los Angeles, CA 90017 The Contreras Cobras volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Jordan Bulldogs to 0 in the Cobras non-league victory on Thursday.
The Cobras now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Diego Rivera for a non-league game on Monday, August 29. Contreras will meet a Huskies team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Marquez (Huntington Park, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 0-3.
The Bulldogs (1-2) will now prepare for their game against University Pathways Public Service Academy (Los Angeles, CA). The Change Agents enter the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, University Pathways Public Service Academy was dropped by King/Drew (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
