California High School Basketball - Elizabeth Learning Center holds off Bravo
January 30, 2013: Cudahy, CA 90201 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Elizabeth Learning Center Bulldogs (Cudahy, CA) and the visiting Bravo Knights (Los Angeles, CA), saw Elizabeth Learning Center's basketball squad hold off Bravo by a tally of 59-54.
With the victory, Elizabeth Learning Center improves its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Eagle Rock (Los Angeles, CA) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 1. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 9-12. Eagle Rock lost 63-55 in their recent league test against Franklin (Los Angeles, CA)
The Knights now own a 11-11 record. They play next when they host South Region 9 for a Southern test on Friday, February 1. Bravo will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 46-12 league loss to Maywood Academy (Maywood, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 1-14.
