Lafayette Jefferson Bronchos (Lafayette, IN) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Indianapolis Metropolitan Pumas (Indianapolis, IN), 75-37 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Lafayette Jefferson upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Bronchos host Harrison (West Lafayette, IN) to play the Raiders in a North Central bout on Friday, December 9. The Raiders come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Harrison won 72-29 in their recent non-league bout against Rossville (Rossville, IN)

Next up, the Pumas play the Fishers Tigers (Fishers, IN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 29. Indianapolis Metropolitan will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 70-55 non-league win over La Porte (La Porte, IN).
