The Melba Mustangs basketball team scored 81 points and held the host South Fremont Cougars to 31 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Mustangs now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Homedale for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 10.

The Cougars (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against West Jefferson (Terreton, ID). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
