Indiana High School Baseball - Jennings County loses to Center Grove
May 6, 2016: North Vernon, IN 47265 In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Center Grove Trojans baseball team scored a tight 6-0 victory over the Jennings County Panthers.
The Trojans (14-2) will now prepare for their game against Brownsburg (Brownsburg, IN). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 7-12 record. In their last contest, Brownsburg was overwhelmed by Zionsville (Zionsville, IN), 7-2, in a league contest.
The Panthers now sport a 4-7 record. They play next when they host New Albany for a Hoosier Hills contest on Saturday, May 14. Jennings County will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 12-1 league win over Madison (Madison, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 16-5.
