Union Farmers (Union, NJ) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Watchung Hills Regional Warriors (Warren, NJ), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Farmers confront the Westfield Blue Devils (Westfield, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 28. Union will attempt to better on its 7-1 season record. The Blue Devils enter the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Piscataway (Piscataway, NJ).

The Warriors now have a 7-8 record.
