April 14, 2011: Corona, CA 92881 In Thursday's league contest, the Santiago Sharks (Corona, CA) softball team overwhelmed the visiting JW North Huskies (Riverside, CA), by a margin of 25-0.
With the triumph, Santiago moves its record to 15-5 on the year. The Sharks travel to Poly (Riverside, CA) to play the Bears in a Big VIII contest on Tuesday, April 19. The Bears come into the contest with a record of 9-4. Poly lost 7-6 in their recent non-league contest against Rosary (Fullerton, CA)
In their next game, the Huskies play the King Wolves (Riverside, CA) in a Big VIII contest, on Tuesday, April 19. JW North will attempt to move on its 3-13 season record. The Wolves come into the contest with a 12-4 record after their 17-1 league win over Roosevelt (Corona, CA).
