Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Hanover Hornets (Colorado Springs, CO) and the host Moffat Cowboys (Moffat, CO), saw Hanover's basketball squad wallop Moffat by a count of 60-25.

With the victory, Hanover upgrades its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Deer Trail (Deer Trail, CO) to play the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 8. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 1-2.

Next up, the Cowboys play the Cripple Creek-Victor Pioneers (Cripple Creek, CO) in a non-league test, on Saturday, December 18. Moffat will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Pioneers go into the test with a 0-5 record after their 82-9 league loss to Cotopaxi (Cotopaxi, CO).
