September 3, 2022: Pahala, HI 96777 In Saturday's league game, the Kamehameha Hawai'i Warriors (Kea'au, HI) football team smashed the host Ka'u Trojans (Pahala, HI), by a score of 57-8.
The Warriors (4-0) will now prepare for their game against Honoka'a (Honoka'a, HI). The Dragons come into the Big Island II game with a 3-0 record. In their last game, Honoka'a overwhelmed Pahoa (Pahoa, HI), 34-6, in a league game.
The Trojans now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kohala for a Big Island II game on Saturday, September 10. Ka'u will battle a Cowboys team coming off a 12-7 league loss to Hawaii Prep (Kamuela, HI). The Cowboys record now stands at 1-2.
