The Highland Prep Honey Badgers tipped the host Red Mountain Mountain Lions basketball team by a final score of 51-46 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Honey Badgers face the Peoria Panthers (Peoria, AZ) in a non-league game, on Saturday, December 30. Highland Prep will attempt to move on its 7-4 season record. The Panthers enter the game with a 2-10 record after their 71-58 non-league win over Durango (Las Vegas, NV).
