Maryland High School Basketball - Franklin holds off Catonsville
February 11, 2022: Baltimore, MD 21228 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Franklin Indians (Reisterstown, MD) and the host Catonsville Comets (Baltimore, MD), saw Franklin's basketball squad hold off Catonsville by a tally of 61-60.
With the victory, Franklin improves its record to 10-8 on the campaign. The Indians host Randallstown (Randallstown, MD) to confront the Rams in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 14. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 11-3. Randallstown won 75-56 in their recent league challenge against Lansdowne (Baltimore, MD)
Next up, the Comets confront the Parkville Knights (Baltimore, MD) in a Baltimore County 1 challenge, on Monday, February 14. Catonsville will attempt to improve on its 10-6 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 11-0 record after their 93-59 non-league win over Towson (Towson, MD).
