Kentucky High School Basketball - Bullitt Central tops Butler County
December 21, 2021: Shepherdsville, KY 40165 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Bullitt Central Cougars (Shepherdsville, KY) and the visiting Butler County Bears (Morgantown, KY), saw Bullitt Central's basketball squad knock off Butler County by a count of 63-55.
With the victory, Bullitt Central upgrades its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to North Bullitt (Shepherdsville, KY) to play the Eagles in a District 23 challenge on Friday, January 7. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 2-9.
Next up, the Bears play the Landrum Cardinals (Landrum, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 22. Butler County will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 9-2 record after their 66-65 non-league loss to Corbin (Corbin, KY).
