The Holyoke Dragons basketball team scored 43 points and held the visiting Sedgwick County Cougars to 38 in the Dragons league triumph on Friday.

The Dragons now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kiowa for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 14. Holyoke will battle a Indians team coming off a 65-28 non-league loss to Burlington (Burlington, CO). The Indians record now stands at 1-7.

The Cougars (7-1) will now prepare for their contest against Peetz (Peetz, CO). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, Peetz was nudged by Fleming (Fleming, CO), 59-46, in a league contest.
