May 6, 2024: Mt. Prospect, IL 60056 The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Prospect Knights (Mt. Prospect, IL) and the visiting Fremd Vikings (Palatine, IL), saw Prospect's lacrosse team nudge Fremd by a margin of 10-9.
The Knights (11-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Lyons (LaGrange, IL). The Lions enter the non-league challenge with a 8-8 record. In their last challenge, Lyons was tipped by Evanston (Evanston, IL), 13-5, in a non-league challenge.
The Vikings (8-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL). The Mustangs enter the Mid Suburban challenge with a 4-11 record. In their last challenge, Rolling Meadows was tipped by Hoffman Estates (Hoffman Estates, IL), 9-4, in a league challenge.
