South Carolina High School Basketball - Aiken fells Glenn Hills
December 3, 2021: Aiken, SC 29801 Aiken Fighting Green Hornets (Aiken, SC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Glenn Hills Spartans (Augusta, GA), 60-52 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Aiken upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Fighting Green Hornets travel to Greenwood (Greenwood, SC) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 4. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Greenwood lost 55-40 in their recent non-league bout against Woodmont (Piedmont, SC)
Next up, the Spartans play the Aquinas Fightin' Irish (Augusta, GA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 7. Glenn Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Fightin' Irish go into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 55-50 non-league win over Augusta Prep Day (Augusta, GA).
