South Dakota High School Basketball - Pine Ridge overwhelms Todd County

February 14, 2019: Mission, SD 57555

Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Pine Ridge Thorpes (Pine Ridge, SD) and the host Todd County Falcons (Mission, SD), saw Pine Ridge's basketball squad wallop Todd County by a tally of 87-54.

With the victory, Pine Ridge improves its record to 16-3 on the campaign. The Thorpes travel to Cheyenne-Eagle Butte (Eagle Butte, SD) to confront the Braves in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 16. The Braves come into the challenge with a record of 12-3. Cheyenne-Eagle Butte won 75-39 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Francis Indian (St. Francis, SD)

Next up, the Falcons confront the White River Tigers (White River, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 16. Todd County will attempt to improve on its 12-8 season record.
