In Tuesday's league outing, the Cedar Shoals Jaguars (Athens, GA) basketball squad beat the visiting Jefferson Dragons (Jefferson, GA), by a count of 50-36.

The Jaguars (7-1) will now prepare for their outing against North Oconee (Bogart, GA). The Titans go into the AAAA Region 8 outing with a 7-2 record. In their last outing, North Oconee defeated Madison County (Danielsville, GA), 47-40, in a league outing.
