January 28, 2022: Berne, IN 46711 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Southern Wells Raiders (Poneto, IN) and the host South Adams Starfires (Berne, IN), saw Southern Wells's basketball squad wallop South Adams by a tally of 58-33.
With the victory, Southern Wells improves its record to 2-10 on the campaign. The Raiders host Lakeland Christian Academy (Winona Lake, IN) to confront the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 29. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 8-6. Lakeland Christian Academy won 64-56 in their recent league challenge against Argos (Argos, IN)
Next up, the Starfires confront the Fort Wayne Canterbury Cavaliers (Fort Wayne, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 29. South Adams will attempt to improve on its 3-9 season record. The Cavaliers come into the challenge with a 3-11 record after their 66-48 non-league loss to Fort Wayne Northrop (Fort Wayne, IN).
