In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting O'Neill Eagles basketball team scored a tight 43-36 triumph over the Pierce Bluejays.

In their next game, the Eagles meet the Wayne Blue Devils (Wayne, NE) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 4. O'Neill will attempt to better on its 15-3 season record. The Blue Devils enter the match with a 18-2 record after their 58-42 non-league win over Battle Creek (Battle Creek, NE).
