December 27, 2014: Newtown Square, PA 19066 In Saturday's non-league outing, the Episcopal Academy Churchmen (Newtown Square, PA) basketball squad beat the visiting Academy Park Knights (Sharon Hill, PA), by a count of 64-54.
The Churchmen (7-4) will now prepare for their outing against Boys' Latin Charter (Philadelphia, PA). The go into the non-league outing with a 7-1 record. In their last outing, Boys' Latin Charter was topped by Eagle Academy (Bronx, NY), 49-39, in a non-league outing.
The Knights now hold a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Church Farm for a non-league outing on Monday, December 29. Academy Park will clash with a Griffens squad coming off a 52-40 league win over Holy Ghost Prep (Bensalem, PA). The Griffens record now stands at 6-2.
