In Friday's league match, the visiting Montesano Bulldogs football squad scored a big 47-6 victory over the Hoquiam Grizzlies.

In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Tenino Beavers (Tenino, WA) in a 1A Evergreen match, on Friday, October 21. Montesano will attempt to move on its 6-1 season record. The Beavers enter the match with a 6-1 record after their 66-26 league win over Elma (Elma, WA).

The Grizzlies (3-4) will now prepare for their match against Centralia (Centralia, WA). The Tigers enter the non-league match with a 0-7 record. In their last match, Centralia was crushed by Black Hills (Tumwater, WA), 41-14, in a league match.
