Bishop Gorman Gaels (Las Vegas, NV) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the host Western Warriors (Las Vegas, NV), 98-78 in a league bout.

With the victory, Bishop Gorman upgrades its record to 17-5 on the campaign. The Gaels host Pahrump Valley (Pahrump, NV) to play the Trojans in a Sunset - Southwest bout on Wednesday, February 2. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 7-18. Pahrump Valley lost 73-46 in their recent league bout against Sierra Vista (Las Vegas, NV)

Next up, the Warriors play the Pahrump Valley Trojans (Pahrump, NV) in a Sunset - Southwest bout, on Friday, February 4. Western will attempt to upgrade on its 18-6 season record.
