Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the East Union Lancers (Manteca, CA) and the visiting Gustine Reds (Gustine, CA), saw East Union's basketball squad wallop Gustine by a tally of 76-18.

With the victory, East Union improves its record to 4-11 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Valley (Sacramento, CA) to confront the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 3. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 0-12.

Next up, the Reds confront the Le Grand Bulldogs (Le Grand, CA) in a Southern League challenge, on Wednesday, January 3. Gustine will attempt to improve on its 3-13 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 1-9 record after their 56-52 non-league loss to Hilmar (Hilmar, CA).
