The Carmel Greyhounds basketball team scored 77 points and restricted the visiting Pike Red Devils to 72 in the Greyhounds league victory on Friday.

The Greyhounds now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brownsburg for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 23. Carmel will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 47-38 league loss to Westfield (Westfield, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-10.

The Red Devils (13-3) will now prepare for their contest against Zionsville (Zionsville, IN). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 9-4 record. In their last contest, Zionsville was nudged by Hamilton Southeastern (Fishers, IN), 48-47, in a league contest.
