New York High School Basketball - North Shore prevails Cold Spring Harbor
December 28, 2011: Glen Head, NY 11545 North Shore Vikings (Glen Head, NY) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Cold Spring Harbor Seahawks (Cold Spring Harbor, NY), 71-57 in a non-league bout.
With the win, North Shore upgrades its record to 5-1 on the season. The Vikings travel to Island Trees (Levittown, NY) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 4. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Island Trees lost 53-36 in their recent non-league bout against Heritage (Palm Bay, FL)
Next up, the Seahawks play the Locust Valley Falcons (Locust Valley, NY) in a Section 8 Freelance bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Cold Spring Harbor will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 36-27 non-league win over West Hempstead (West Hempstead, NY).
