January 24, 2024: Earlville, IL 60518 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Earlville Red Raiders (Earlville, IL) and the visiting Leland Panthers (Leland, IL), saw Earlville's basketball squad wallop Leland by a tally of 77-37.
With the victory, Earlville improves its record to 20-1 on the campaign. The Red Raiders travel to LaMoille (LaMoille, IL) to confront the Lions in a Little Ten challenge on Friday, January 26. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 7-14. LaMoille won 62-54 in their recent league challenge against Hiawatha (Kirkland, IL)
Next up, the Panthers confront the DePue Little Giants (DePue, IL) in a Little Ten challenge, on Friday, January 26. Leland will attempt to improve on its 7-14 season record. The Little Giants come into the challenge with a 5-13 record after their 52-22 league loss to Newark (Newark, IL).
