Illinois High School Lacrosse - Metea Valley drops to Lincoln-Way Central

March 23, 2022: Aurora, IL 60502

In Wednesday's non-league test, the visiting Lincoln-Way Central Knights lacrosse squad scored a good 19-1 victory over the Metea Valley Mustangs.

The Knights now have a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Charles East for a non-league test on Saturday, March 26. Lincoln-Way Central will face a Fighting Saints squad coming off a 15-3 non-league loss to Hinsdale Central (Hinsdale, IL). The Fighting Saints record now stands at 1-1.

In their next game, the Mustangs face the Wheaton-Warrenville South/Wheaton North Tigers (Wheaton, IL) in a DuPage Valley test, on Monday, April 18. Metea Valley will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record.
