Burroughs Burros (Ridgecrest, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Desert Scorpions (Edwards AFB, CA), 78-56 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Burroughs upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Burros travel to Littlerock (Littlerock, CA) to encounter the Lobos in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 4. The Lobos go into the bout with a record of 2-2. Littlerock won 101-14 in their recent non-league bout against Antelope Valley Christian (Lancaster, CA)

Next up, the Scorpions encounter the Desert Christian Knights (Lancaster, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 4. Desert will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 1-2 record after their 56-21 non-league loss to Rosamond (Rosamond, CA).
