January 9, 2021: Versailles, OH 45380 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Versailles Tigers (Versailles, OH) and the visiting Northmont Thunderbolts (Clayton, OH), saw Versailles's basketball squad hold off Northmont by a tally of 62-58.
With the victory, Versailles improves its record to 4-9 on the campaign. The Tigers host Russia (Russia, OH) to play the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 23. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 3-7. Russia lost 43-31 in their recent league challenge against Fort Loramie (Fort Loramie, OH)
Next up, the Thunderbolts play the Wayne Warriors (Huber Heights, OH) in a Greater Western Ohio challenge, on Monday, January 11. Northmont will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record.
